The restaurant Stara Kuchnia invites you to hotel breakfasts and dinner-buffets served as a rich buffet, and to the à la carte restaurant.

Breakfast in buffet form is served daily from 7:00 - 11:00.

Dinner in buffet form is served daily from 17:00 - 19:00.

The a'la carte restaurant is open daily from 13:00 - 22:00. It serves guests traditional dishes in a modern style.

For guests making direct reservations the restaurant Stara Kuchnia offers a 10% discount on à la carte dishes.

This unique place offers guests freshly ground, aromatic coffee and a wide selection of beverages, wines and spirits, as well as exceptional desserts prepared by our pastry chef.

Here we "maglujemy" the past, bringing out its best flavors. The Signature Cocktail menu inspired by the history of the property deserves special attention.

Dolne Miasto - the district where the property is situated is a place where time flows decidedly more slowly. Here you can appreciate the magnificent 18th- and 19th-century architecture of Gdańsk, the beautifully revitalised buildings and the breathtaking landscapes stretching from the bastions above the Motława River.

At the Arche Group we believe in the power of social integration and vocational activation for excluded people. We carry out our social initiative through the Lena Grochowska Foundation, where people with intellectual disabilities find employment. Employees create ceramics, decorations, paintings, textiles, and artisanal baked goods, which contributes to their development and professional integration.

Meanwhile, the Arche Community Association focuses on supporting people convicted and serving long sentences by involving them in artistic projects such as furniture restoration, handmade crafts production, and painting. Engagement with art not only aids the resocialization process but also helps build self-esteem and develop skills necessary for returning to social life.
