Board

The Stara Kuchnia restaurant invites you to hotel breakfasts and dinners in the form of a rich buffet as well as to the a'la carte restaurant.

Breakfast buffet is served daily from 7:00 AM to 11:00 AM.

Dinner buffet is served daily from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM.

The a'la carte restaurant is open daily from 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM. It serves guests traditional dishes in a modern form.

For Guests making direct reservations, the Stara Kuchnia restaurant offers a 10% discount on a'la carte dishes.

This unique place offers guests freshly ground, aromatic coffee as well as a wide selection of drinks, wines, and liquors, along with exceptional desserts prepared by our pastry chef.

Here we "press" the past, extracting its best flavors. Special attention should be paid to the Author's Cocktail menu inspired by the history of the building.

ARCHE Uphagen's Manor in Gdańsk is located in the southern part of Gdańsk Downtown. In a quiet and peaceful location that is also within arm's reach of the city's strict center.
Dolne Miasto - the district where the property is situated is a place where time definitely flows slower. Here, you can appreciate the magnificent 18th and 19th-century architecture of Gdańsk, beautifully revitalized buildings, and breathtaking landscapes stretching from the bastions over the Motława River.
Our location also offers the possibility to explore Gdańsk from the water side. The numerous bends of the Motława favor starting your adventure from the aforementioned bastions surrounding the entire Downtown, through the port area, up to the Long Shore, where a picturesque panorama of the city unfolds.

We carry out our social initiative through the Lena Grochowska Foundation, where people with intellectual disabilities find employment. Employees create ceramics, decorations, paintings, textiles, and artisan baked goods, which contributes to their development and professional integration.

Meanwhile, the Arche Community Association focuses on supporting people sentenced to long terms by involving them in artistic projects such as furniture restoration, handicraft production, and painting pictures. Access to art not only helps in the rehabilitation process but also builds self-esteem and develops skills necessary for returning to social life.
