The Stara Kuchnia restaurant invites you to hotel breakfasts and dinner buffets as well as to the a'la carte restaurant.

Breakfast buffet is served daily from 7:00 AM to 11:00 AM.

Dinner buffet is served daily from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM.

The a'la carte restaurant is open daily from 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM. It serves guests traditional dishes in a modern form.

Our restaurant participates in the FLAVORS OF GDAŃSK! project.

For Guests making direct reservations, Stara Kuchnia restaurant offers a 10% discount on a'la carte dishes.

This unique place offers Guests freshly ground, aromatic coffee and a wide selection of drinks, wines, and spirits, as well as exceptional desserts prepared by our pastry chef.

Here we "press" the past, bringing out the best flavors from it. Of particular note is the menu of Signature Cocktails inspired by the history of the building.

Meanwhile, the Arche Community Association focuses on supporting convicted people with long sentences by involving them in artistic projects such as furniture renovation, handmade production, and painting.
