We invite you to a unique culinary and educational event, where you will have the opportunity to taste intriguing dishes paired with wines carefully selected for each course. During the event, a Sommelier and a Chef will share insights into the ingredients, preparation process, culinary traditions, and the art of pairing food and wine.

Sommelier Dariusz Juściński – A certified Manager-Sommelier. He conducts wine lectures and workshops in some of the finest restaurants in Poland. He specializes in guided tastings of wines from both the Old and New World. Wine is his passion and his profession.

Chef Jarosław Waloch – Head Chef of the Stara Kuchnia restaurant.

Together, they will discuss the ingredients, preparation process, culinary traditions, and the perfect harmony between dishes and wines.

Menu:

• Shrimp tartare with mango-passion fruit-chili jelly
• Goat cheese in a nut crust with onion and plum chutney, pear–apple vinegar purée
• Halibut with thyme mascarpone risotto, lobster bisque, young vegetables
• Duck breast sous vide with cherry sauce, arancini, parsley purée
• Pistachio-raspberry-rose mousse

Each course will be paired with a dedicated wine.

After the dinner, an auction of artworks created by beneficiaries of the Lena Grochowska Foundation will take place.
